General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 2227 bat platform and all related services. By using any service provided through the 2227 bat website, mobile application or any other channel, users are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

1.2 Third-Party Services

Eligibility and Age Requirement

• Each person may operate only one account.

2.1 Age Verification

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household or shared connection (IP or device). If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Security and Password

• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact support.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

Upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to an account, the user must notify the 2227 bat support team as soon as possible. 2227 bat will not be liable for any transactions resulting from unauthorized access unless it is proven that the fault lies with our system.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2227 bat are handled through Bangladesh's mobile banking services. Payment methods currently available on the platform are bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come from the registered user's own account.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited; if detected, the account may be closed without returning the relevant amount.
• Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory. 2227 bat will not be responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.
• Funds subject to an unmet wagering requirement on a bonus cannot be withdrawn.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

A bonus is never a substitute for cash. Withdrawing from a bonus before the wagering requirement is met is not possible.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to or exchanged with another person.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• 2227 bat reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any promotion or bonus.
• If any strategic or fraudulent betting is used to exploit a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

The 2227 bat platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 2227 bat will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection
• Temporary unavailability during server maintenance or technical upgrades
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Issues with the user's own device
• Unforeseen cyberattacks or force majeure events

Under no circumstances will 2227 bat's total liability exceed the value of any single transaction.
